Loyalty Program

1. What is the Loyalty Program?

The Loyalty Program is a special Rewards Point system on Style Imagine. On purchasing from our store, you will earn loyalty points, which can be redeemed against your future orders. All you have to do is create an account on Style Imagine and purchase products, reviewing your purchase or subscribing newsletter and start earning loyalty points.

2. How do I earn Loyalty Points?

  • Placing Orders:- First you visit Style Imagine and choose your favorite products. You will see the loyalty points available against the product. On purchasing the product, the loyalty points for the product will be added to your account within 48 hours of being successfully delivered to you.
  • Reviewing Product:- After receiving product, write a review about it and shopping experience on Style ImagineYou will gain 30 points for every review of purchased products. Review of products without purchase not publish on website and there is no loyalty points issued by system.
  • Subscribing To Our Newsletter:- If you subscribe for our newsletter, then you will gain 20 points.

3. How is my Loyalty Points Calculated?

  • Your earned loyalty points on varies basis the products bought by you on both Style Imagine. The Loyalty Points against the product, shown on Order Now tab.

For Example:- If you purchased a product  worth 500 Rs. in our store, you get 50 points. But if you purchased a product worth 495 Rs. in our store, you get 40 points. Points calculated in round figure off 100 Rs. 100 point = 100 Rs.

4. How do I redeem my Loyalty Points?

You can redeem your loyalty points against your entire amount, up to the amount of loyalty points you have. You can redeem your loyalty points anytime on Style ImagineThe option to redeem your loyalty points would be available to you when you are going to pay for your purchases.

 

5. What happens if I return / cancel my order?

 

If you return/cancel your complete order, you will not be credited any loyalty points against that order. In case any part of your order is replaced, you will receive the loyalty points earned basis the new product delivered to you and if you return any part of your order, the loyalty points against that product will not be added to your account.

 

6.Will my Loyalty points expire if I don't use it?

Loyalty Points earned by you will expire on the 31st of March every year. We request you to use your earned loyalty points before this date. Earned loyalty points will not be carried forward beyond 31st March.
